นอกจากจะแปลว่าสุขาแล้ว ยังมีความหมายว่าการแต่งตัวด้วยค่ะ

The idea I have in mind is the image when Mae Thorani or Vasundhara, the Earth Goddess, dressed up before the vital moment. She is mostly personified as a young woman wringing the waters of detachment out of her hair, to drown Mara and his demons army sent to tempt the Buddha as He's about to reach the supreme enlightenment. Though everything looks pretty mundane here. I'm going to depict an epic scene next time, but I'm not ready yet.

No actual reference used.
There's just a few books about Peter Paul Rubens at hand, and Rubensian figures in my head after months of Rubens studies.

Rina how you did that tree or foliage near her right foot? Did you mask first?
No I didn't. I hardly use masking fluid these days since it usually peels off my paper surface. As far as I remember, I began with the pale blue wash, and then intuitively filled in the darker and darkest areas to suggest foliage shape.
